Ashlee is a casual Youth Project Officer in the Young Communities Team.

She supports the rest of the Young Communities Team with various projects including: the School Holiday Showbag ballot, facilitating the Year 10 Work Experience Program and the Brimbank Youth Council.

With a background in Industrial Design, Ashlee enjoys integrating design-thinking and co-design  into her youth work practice. 

Ashlee believes that young people are the experts of their own experience and thus should have every opportunity to participate in decisions that affect them. Her favourite motto is: Nothing about us without us.
