Ayaan is a Youth Worker in the Young Communities Team.

She facilitates the editorial committee for a youth-led magazine called The Bold Source.

Her work involves equipping young people with the skills needed in producing a magazine, such as editing and designing, as well as connecting them with others in the literary and arts field to support and nurture young people’s creative potential.

She believes in the power of young people’s voices and she is dedicated to helping them realise that power.
