Upon successful completion participants receive a:
– Statement of Attainment in SITXFSA005 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
You’ll learn:
- How to follow hygiene procedures and identify food hazards
- How to report any personal health issues
- Prevention food contamination
- Prevention of cross-contamination by washing hands
