Linked IRL is co-designed by a committee of young people who aim to encourage employment and education pathways for other young people aged 16-25 years. Hear from insightful guest speakers and network with like-minded young people in the Brimbank area.
OUR SPEAKERS:
Hibak Hassan is an Occupational Therapist and Mental Health Clinician from The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne (Mental Health). They provide therapeutic strategies to young people and families, and OT and Autism assessments.
Eleni Smith is a paramedic who has worked at metro and rural branches and was a team manager of a branch with over 25 paramedics. She completed a Diploma of Nursing before undertaking further study.
Shayla Dober is a Peer Support Worker for headspace and Consumer Consultant who turned her lived experience into a career. She is passionate about systemic reform, and relational, emancipatory, and human rights-based practices.
