In an effort to provide the community with more information regarding Prejudice Motivated Crime, Victoria Police is providing community resources regarding what Prejudice Motivated Crime and Prejudice Motivated incidents are , and what recourse a victim can undertake.
Some matters relating to Prejudice Motivated Incidents may that fall outside of Victoria Police’s remit. In instances where there has been no crime, one can consider civil action through the Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) or VEOHRC.
