Damir oversees the overall delivery of youth services and actions as related to the Brimbank Youth Strategy 2020-24.

His role supports youth services Team Leaders as related to staff delivering actions as related to the current Youth Strategy. His role also works closely with related youth stakeholders (externally and within Council) through varied partnerships as related to developing service delivery to young people which involves gap identification, addressing emerging issues and working in partnership.

A focus of the role is also to work collaboratively with the other five western local government youth services as related to the connectedness of young people across these municipalities and the opportunities to develop initiatives across the west that address the varied and similar needs of these young people.
